12/15/07 11:30 AM 89 ski doo safari cheyenne. by Lilbear2003

I just picked up a 1989 ski doo safari cheyenne 503cc twin clyinder, fan cooled, long track with rev, around 7k miles. Engine seems to be really strong, and everything works, but it'll need some wrenching for sure. I need a new cab/windshiled, and the belt fits but is to big so it's slipping in deeper snow, sliders, runners, and ski skins, basic normal stuff. Will parts from any other machine fit? I'd like to find one being sold for parts if possible. One of the reasons I bought it is because there's nothing to it so it should be easy to fix. Any info would be great, suggestions, ect.

12/14/07 11:52 PM Is there snow at Park Mountain yet? by GlennMilliken

Im itchin to ride. Does anyone know if theres enough snow on Park Mountain yet? I remember last year they had the trails groomed early. I know theres probably not much snow but it would be fun to do some trail riding. Nice to know if the sleds running good or if I got to spend a bunch of money getting it tuned up.

Thanks in advance.

12/12/07 08:52 AM Snowmobile Wall Tent Rentals by SAFARIGUY

We are thinking of putting up 2 Heated Wall Tents in the Hummingbird Sledding area just west of Ram Falls this xmas and keep up till spring to Rent out to Sledders, snowshoers, xcountry skiers etc.

Do you think that this is something that you guys would use? If there is intrest we are doing it, if not,,,,,,,

They would be situated next to 2 sledding trails that head into the Onion Lake and Ranger Creek Random Sledding Areas.
We are think of charging: $50. per tent and $20. per person. All wood to heat the tents is supplied.
Thanks,
Brad
