Hey, we had an exciter that we sold to a friend this year and he is having some issues with it that we are trying to help him with. The sled seems to go through plugs like mad, it fouls them up and they get wet. We tried warmer plugs and it didn't seem to work very well. The sled runs well at our place, but when we go up higher, it bogs alot. It will not even move and we have to change the plugs, then go again until it acts up, then change the plugs again. We are attemping to change the coil right now to see if that makes a difference. Any suggestions on what else it could be?

Instead of changing your jetting you could try adjusting your needles on the carbs, theres a small C clip and if you move the clip more to the top of the needle it will lean it out a bit. This may work for you it may not, just make sure you dont lean your sled out to much.
