Got out on the 9th to do some riding around Kinbasket Lake area... some kick-ass terrain!! Sunny all day (even slushy sonditions in parts), and great snow for carving in. Checked out the aftermath after a huge chunk of glacier broke off and slid down the mountain. Even got a glimpse of the Columiba icefields and Mt Clemenceau when we were up on one of the peaks. One of the guys set of a huge slide, at least 800m across sliding on different layers.. and he rode through it!! he had one big horseshoe up his a$$. (pics in the gallery) Definitelty going back there with the skis next time, only catch is it's a 85 km ride into the cabin.
